Genocide in Gaza

Every black thread represents a reported death in Gaza. There are some variations:
- Grey threads are bodies recovered under rubble. In addition, the U.S. has provided the thermobaric bombs that have evaporated thousands of Palestinians.
- The red thread through March 18 deaths is to mark that there are many more threads in that row: 439 killed in air strikes
- A white bead indicates that the person froze to death
- A purple or dark blue bead indicates the person starved to death. The beads show what was reported in the press. However, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human rights also reported that, as of July 31, at least 1,373 Palestinian aid seekers were killed: 859 near the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation sites and 514 near the UN and other organizations’ aid convoys.
- A tan bead represents a hospital, clinic or, in one infamous case, an ambulance crew that was attacked or destroyed, such as:
- January 4 closing of Indonesian Hospital and Al-Adwa
- January 7 destruction of Kamal adman Hospital
- January 10 “Gaza health officials said Al-Aqsa, Nasser, and the European hospitals are at risk of imminent closure after repeated Israeli bombardment and blockade of supplies….” —Al Jazeer
- April 2 UNWRA clinic
- April 12: Al-Ali Hospital bombed
- April 14: Bombed Kuwaiti Field Hospital
- May 14 Nassau Medical Complex and another hospital
- May 22 Palestine hospital
- May 29 Al-Adwa Hospital
- June 10 medical facility hit
- July 10 clinic in Deir Al-Balah
- August 10 five journalists outside Al-Shifa hospital
- August 14 Nassar Hospital
- August 25 Nasser–Hospital double attack
- On October 12, it was reported that 38 hospitals and health centers had been destroyed or forced to close.
Reports of death tapered off near the end of the year, but those that were the basis of the work are copied below in 47 pages. These are screenshots of reports from Al Jazeera, The Guardian, and WAFA News Agency.

flotillas
Refences to the three aid flotillas are included on the page about Victories since, despite their interception and capture by Israel, they were a triumph of compassion.
