The list is incomplete. A more complete list includes deaths caused by or in custody of another agency, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). A dozen congressional representatives wrote a letter to the Department of Homeland Security saying that there had been 17 deaths associated with the CBP.

- Jaime Alanis Garcia, farmworker, fell to his death July 10 during a raid in Camarillo, California
- Josue Castro Rivera, age 24, from Honduras, was struck by a truck as he fled ICE agents, October 25th in Virginia.
- Silverio Villegas Gonzalez shot and killed by ICE agents
